Executive Chef Mark Heimann joins us from the Marriott Marquis Hotel in Downtown Chicago where he most recently served as F&B Director. Prior to this, he spent 13 years at The Vinoy® Renaissance St. Petersburg Resort & Golf Club in St. Petersburg, FL, starting out as Executive Sous Chef, and was promoted to Executive Chef, and later was promoted to Director of Restaurant Operations. In all these roles, Mark made a name for himself by mentoring and developing leaders into new, higher-level roles. Mark's experience of working in multi-outlet, high volume catering operations is a tremendous asset to Luminary Hotel & Co.'s diverse dining offerings. 

Mark has two daughters and enjoys playing a round of golf, gardening, traveling and trying new restaurants and craft cocktail bars with his fiancé.

Growing up in Northern Iowa, Nick Wymore started his career at a young age working in his family's restaurant. From there, his passion for the hospitality world grew. After his first hotel job as an outlet manager at the Chase Park Plaza in Saint Louis, Missouri, he was hooked. Nick went on to be the Director of Restaurants at Hilton Omaha, Director of F&B/Adjunct Faculty Instructor at The Hotel at Kirkwood Center, Director of F&B DoubleTree Cedar Rapids Convention Complex, Corporate Director of F&B Hawkeye Hotels, and then at the Kimpton Harper Hotel downtown Fort Worth, just before arriving at Luminary Hotel and Co. 

On a personal note, Nick is married with 3 boys and in his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities like golfing, fishing, renovating homes and wood working. He also enjoys traveling with his family. Nick is also a music lover and has quite the collection of albums.
